He looks bigger on the book cover. Not so much with his shirt off. I think

meat in general will help you obtain a bigger build, it doesn't have to be raw.

I thought I heard somewhere that AV doesn't produce HCL so he must have the meat

raw. Thus this help his frame enlarge to it's proper size.

Have you actually seen AV? He is slender, but nothing at all out of

the ordinary. One of my friends on Facebook posted a recent photo of

him. Mark Sisson (55), Steve Maxwell (56) and the great Robby

(63) have him beat hands down!

I have several times and he isn't strikingly slender, and certainly

not fat, but quite heavily muscled for a man of 61. He also isn't

particularly tall. The first time I met him, I think in April 05, he

was very slim, but that was because he was still recovering from a

serious car crash he had in Thailand. ly he looks like a man 10

years his junior.

I just saw a recent picture of him in December and he looks pretty

slender and not all that well muscled.
