yes it meets WHO purity standards. actually it exceeds them. and

WHO standards are 100 times +/- more stringent than US standards

and no oxidation. ther fermentation is done without heat so no

broken bonds. there is lactic acid which is a good thing but some

are confused with lactic acid in oil as it is unexpected.
