Guest guest
hello on Fermented clo/ yes it meets WHO purity standards. actually it exceeds them. and WHO standards are 100 times +/- more stringent than US standards and no oxidation. ther fermentation is done without heat so no broken bonds. there is lactic acid which is a good thing but some are confused with lactic acid in oil as it is unexpected. dave > I use Green Pastures fermented CLO but am wondering about the oxidation of the oil during processing. I've heard that all oil oxidizes quickly and create volatile compounds. Also, the label says it 'is tested to international purity standards'. Okay, but does it meet these standards?
