Guest guest
I am curious and interested in the comments and theories about this question as well. My my bowels stink in my estimation and I am experiencing muscle contraction and pain in my arms. I do have fibromyalgia which was abating with the removal of the celiac causing grains but suddenly in the past four weeks the pains in the joints got worse again and now I have pains in my arm muscles, the worst pain in my left arm... it feels like some punched me in the arm very hard. I was concerned and my chiropractor had me go to my conventional doctor to make sure it wasn't my heart. They did an EKG and everything looked fine they said. So, I am hoping this is some major detoxing and is just temporary. --- In , " haecklers " <haecklers@...> wrote: > > OK, for about the third time in my life my urine smells like cat pee. I decided to look it up. At first I got scared it could be a UTI, but I actually feel pretty healthy aside from the odor. I found this site: http://tinyurl.com/bafh2r where he claims to know what the different odors mean as someone detoxes. Very interesting. It did really start when I started my " new " diet of mostly fruit/veggies/raw milk. Along with sleep problems but energy and clear head. I do wonder what is going on and hope it's good. > > It made me wonder if anyone else here has experienced strange odors as they've changed their diets closer to the WAP ideal. >
Guest guest
I hope it is just temporary too! I've heard one problem with elimination diets is that once you remove the offending food you find that a new sensitivity has developed to something else. If it doesn't go away, look at what other protein-containing foods you eat a lot of and see if that's now the cause. An alternative is to try taking Peptizyde and lots of probiotics. I've been hearing a lot of great things lately about Wobenzyme, but I think from what I've read that a lot of the trouble with fibro. is that the body is losing protease function for some reason and that leads to amino acid deficiency (l-tryptophan has been show to help immensly with fibro. symptoms) and the low amino acids that result mean the body can't make more enzymes so then there is low enzyme across the board. (One other thing that can cause low enzymes is fluoride, which is on foods as a residue from fumigation in the warehouses, aside from being in the water). > > > > OK, for about the third time in my life my urine smells like cat pee. > I decided to look it up.
