In a lot of pain

Hi Everyone,

I went to see my Orthopaedic doctor today. Look like I may have the fusion

surgery. I'm in a lot of pain (more than once a day & doing a lot of walking)

and taking pain med and he refuse to give me script for the medication. Next

week I have to see two doctors about the pain medicine and see if they will give

me something for the time being.

I've been crying a lot lately because issues with my Mom and when I'm in a lot

of pain I have zero tolerance.

My doctor said I can stop Physical Therapy (yah!). I still have to go for my

left knee though. I was hoping to avoid it because I don't like the people and

one therapist keep pushing me and irritates me. I just can't tolerate the pain

anymore. That the update about me.

That is rotten. I went through the same thing when this Crohn's

flareup started. Four different docs and none would give anything

for the plus 10 pain.

I'm sitting there hunched over, throwing up, whimpering with pain

and they say take Tylenol. Do they have stock in that? Ended up with 50 mg

tramadol four times a day. Doesn't do anything for the pain. Have honestly

considered suicide just to stop hurting but found the group and decided maybe I

could take it a bit longer.

Why won't they help your pain? Do they think just because you've gone

to several doctors that you're shopping for drugs? Such idiots, IMO,

for smart people. Have you asked why they won't help?

Can you and your mother work out the problem? I hope so. It is a

terrible pain being alienated from a beloved child.

I wish I had the magic wand to wave and the docs would help all of us

with our pain but right now the government has them scared to give any

meds that will help with the pain so they're scurrying around trying

to cover their asses and assets.
