Guest guest
Hi Everyone I thought these links might be helpful. Personally I would be reluctant to have anything by intrathecal injection. I noticed that the manufacturer site Prialt.com that nothing is mentioned about that problems an intrathecal injection can cause. http://www.drugs.com/prialt.html http://www.rxlist.com/prialt-drug.htm http://www.prialt.com/patients/product_info/about_prialt/how_prialt_works.html
Guest guest
Kaylene, Thanks for these links. This is scary and I found a site about intrathecal pumps that is really fair but it still scares me. I don't want to insult anyone who is using it, I hope that it is helping someone. I just have had it with invasive procedures as it seems it is two steps forward, one step backwards. http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC2080496/ I am fifty eight and have all this metal from my three level fusion with rods and screws and don't think my body wants anymore invasive items in it. Please let us know how you are doing, members on Prialt but when I see a black box warning so soon in the product, it scares me. For those that are using it and sharing their experiences. I thank you as this is how we learn about situations. Let us know. Bennie
