Guest guest
I've had it on my right food. Terrible Pain and usually along with that you have a bone spur that shows up on x-ray. Not all bone spurs are painful, obviously, I still have mine and my foot no longer hurts. Nobody could tell me why I got the faciitis or why it went away. Was way worse in mornings, after walking and sometimes made sleeping impossible. I did take a two liter bottle of water, freeze it and then while sitting I'd roll it with my foot, making sure I got the heel every time. About 20 min of that a few times a day. Was a few months, then went away just like so many of my pains come and go. Good luck, hope it's just a little bruised area though.
