I need probiotics that aren't full of lots of calories as in yogurt. Also, I think the stronger the better. I have been told that the only good probiotics are the ones the health food stores keep in refrigerators, and yogurts, etc. I was told that the pills and capsules containing probiotics are worthless. Any ideas on this? I have been very sick with C-Dificile and am trying hard to get well, I also have diverticulitis. This all started just before hospilitization for these illnesses b/c I had pneumonia. Result was a truckload of antibiotics to save my life. Now I have C-Dif from the antibiotics. Need help.
