Guest guest
do you eat raw cheese? I find that much harder to overeat than the regular cheese I ate as a kid. The organic grassfed raw cheese is much more satisfying that I just naturally eat less of it. It also has much more flavor so I eat less. I noticed this same thing happening with peanut butter years ago when I switched to eating fresh ground organic peanut butter. I just couldn't binge on it like the commercial brands of peanut butter (with added sugar, etc.). It was so nice to be able to eat it in moderation although I don't eat peanut butter anymore now. > > --- I think Tom makes a good point though; I had soup (clam chowder) > with msg in it tonight (I wouldn't have if I'd read the ingredients > before purchasing but oh well...) It was good but definitely no 'gimme > more' and there was lots of salt in there too. Also there is just so > much you can eat of Chinese food! I think it is the addictive nature > of carbs too-- plus as you say all that salt and (as I say)the fat > added to the popcorn. I am quite addicted to cheese and it may have > something to do with feeding a yeast overgrowth...maybe the cheese in > the popcorn you ate too?(Don't mind me I love to argue a point. ) S > > Kathy
