Guest guest
Pasteurized milk is too high in phosphorous and inhibits the absorption if calcium. Brewer's yeast is also high in phosphorous. Will that deplete calcium absorption in a meal? Guest guest
- Adele said yes, phosphorus is excreted as a calcium salt, so consume extra calcium with high phosphorus foods (liver was one she mentioned but I haven't backed up her info yet). desh ____________________________________________________________ Click here to save cash and find low rates on auto loans. http://thirdpartyoffers.juno.com/TGL2141/fc/BLSrjpTLaWy5GuGVSXnxcKduymb3UaIa1bFd\ qO05Qc7LE83RX368HeERnwM/
