I do keep running low grade fevers but I have done that for a long time. I am so discouraged and depressed with all of this, all I want to do is lay and cry! I can only stand for a couple of minutes at a time and that takes a lot out of me Hi Have you seen an orthopedic surgeon, or at least your primary doctor? A physical therapist should be able to help you and eventually show you how to use a walker for awhile. Is there someone who can take care of you while your feet heal? An infection, and swelling in your feet can be vary dangerous. I'm not a doctor, but I am a retired registered nurse, so you really should be in bed, or a recliner with your feet elevated, unless your doctor says you should walk on them. I am so sorry to hear that you are in such misery. Please take good care of yourself and let us know how you are doing. Kaylene
