" Forget about reading Austrian Economics. In fact, forget about

reading in general. I finally realize what is the fastest, surest way

to learn real economics: it's listening to NPR (National Public

Radio). All you have to do is realize that EVERY SINGLE THING their

radio hosts and guests say about economics is 100% FALSE--then you'll

automatically learn what are real economic truths. "

, that's funny, but why not do it right?

They raise, slaughter, and eat their own goats, pigs, and chickens. Plus they

get A2 goat's milk and pastured chicken eggs too.

Of course, if you live and work in the city, that might not be too practical.

, A2 is the only type of casein protein found in human milk, as well as

goat and sheep milk. Cow's milk has both A2 and A1 casein and A1 casein has

been implicated in potential health problems. Heritage cows have the least A1,

typically less than 10-30%, but the predominant Holsteins have the most A1,

often 50-70%.

I put some links here, in the update section at the end:

Are you sure goat and sheep milk have only A2?

The only thing I'm 100% sure about in health matters is that I'm not 100% sure

about anything :)

However, when I was researching a blog post a while back I remember running

across at least a couple of sources that seem reasonably reliable that stated

that human, goat, and sheep milk are all A2 casein, though I don't remember

which sources they were off the top of my head:

If you've seen contrary evidence, please let us know.

And speaking of blogs ... did you ever start one?

Nice article. I remember reading that sometime ago.

It has been awhile since I have been knee deep in that issue, but I

seem to recall that unless you tested each animal specifically, there

was no way to know for sure, although generally human, goat, and sheep

milk ***should*** all be A2.

Yup: http://www.nutrition-and-physical-regeneration.com/blog

I have posted some articles here from the blog but I haven't done the

full roll out yet - which is why I haven't announced it.
