Thanks!

I have been avoiding all grains for now except rice. I have been eating

some rice though not a lot. I felt good the first few days but now I

feel awful, stomach flu like symptoms today and yesterday reminded me of

some of the bad IBD days before I figured out that corn syrup was bad

(and that I am allergic to it!).

Today I am nauseated. =( I've had a few wheat free oatmeal baby

crackers that I buy for my son. Is oatmeal bad also right now?

Last night I was sure was going to start the vomiting marathon I had the

last time I detoxed. That was 7 hours of misery! Puking every 7

minutes or so and in so much pain all I could do was lay there between.

Definitely don't want to go through that again! Would taking anything

that can absorb toxins help?? I know my body is wrecked.

One thing though my thyroid doesn't hurt today which is a first in i

can't remember how long!

Thanks,

Dawn

Avoid the oatmeal until you've been GF at least 6 months to a year, then

challenge it with a certified GF oat. They could very well be contributing

to your misery right now.
