Guest guest
There is sometimes little talk and in general we keeps these embarrassing problems to ourself. I wanted To take take a minute to alert those of you who take opioid medications for extended periods of time. Opioid medications block the production of testosterone and this effect is reversible after cessation but may take time. I myself have needed testosterone replacement. My levels were so low I became very symptomatic with depression, tiredness and most of all inability to preform sexually as I did before. When tested My levels were far under the 350 total t cut off at 37. Some men develop problems when under 450. there are amy forms of treatment with little side effects from gells to shot and implants. I use injections currently I need 150mg im shot in my but weekly. My sexy life is back and so is my mood and energy! I encourage you to not been afraid to talk with your doctor about this as many doctors are uniformed and don't bring this up with patients. Testosterone can even help with the pain. So have the talk, get your levels checked. I beg of you all to pass this information to those men you know who use pain meds. No one should suffer with low testosterone as it's can greatly affect your quality of life.
