Do you think you could find that article again and provide us with a link to it

or something? 

From what I understood from what I have read before on wapf and ppnf,

homogenizing milk makes it quite detrimental to our health. Maybe there's been

some new research....

I would think that common sense would say us doing anything to milk to change it

from it's natural state would make it less good for us but then how could I

explain why soaking grains is good for us?

Anyway, would really like to read the article you mentioned!!
