Guest guest Posted March 10, 2009 Report Share Posted March 10, 2009 hi all, okay, i am just trying to get a sense of what a healthy fat/carb/protein ratio would like. i know this great depends on the individual, but are there some general figures we could throw around? did Weston Price find dramatically varying ratios among the groups he studied? what does Taubes say? I just plugged in all the food i ate today at fitday and am so surprised to see what percentage of my food turned out to be carbs and in my opinion, it had been a good day! i think the honey did me in! my percentage of calories were 50% from fat (20% sat, 18% mono, 8% pufa), 34% from carb, 16% from protein. thanks, lisa Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
