Guest guest
Thank you for all the great innovative information on cleaning without having to bend!! Also, I agree with all of you who suggest the " do a little at a time " method. That's what I do. I used to be a " Clean Freak " so to speak...that got me nowhere fast! I now get something done almost every day...even if it's just a clean counter. I have three dogs who I must feed daily and let out to " do their thing! " I have found that having them and needing to care for them keeps me going. It really helps me manage my depression that comes from living with chronic pain. Another thing is they don't mind if I'm in a less then happy mood or don't look my best. They wag their tails and tolerate me no matter what! They keep me company when friends or family are " busy " with their own lives...It's amazing how " busy " people get when they find out you are " needy " because of illness, isn't it??? Well, thanks for listening! Debie
