Guest guest
I am bumping up this post to see if anyone has any info on it. > > Is it b/c they are taking too much or b/c they have enough mg in their body and their body gets rid of the excess? I am just wondering what's going on in the body with it. >
Guest guest
I think they are likely taking too much. Also, concentrace does make other products that would give you diarrhea, like ionic single minerals: magnesium with concentrace, zinc etc. So I would check the measuring skills of the individual if possible, and the lot number of the product, and compare the product to your own- does it smell, feel, taste the same. Also I have read that the body becomes in a perpetual state of conserving magnesium, so when introduced to adequate mg a person can't absorb all the supplement until his/her uptake mechanisms normalize. Some folks can work up to a larger dose. Could these people be taking a magnesium supplement in another pill and it's having a domino effect with the concentrace? I can't remember if you asked them if they took epsom salts baths, or other factors.
