Guest guest
I'm trying the soy just because it's there. I haven't seen fermented/probiotic coconut milk. Is there such a thing? Perhaps recipes to make one's own somewhere? Lynne ------------------------ Re: WIldwood Probiotic Soymilk? Guest guest
Make your own! You can use (milk) kefir grains in coconut milk. You can also use regular yogurt starter. -jennifer On Apr 17, 2009, at 12:22 AM, Lynne D wrote: > > > > I'm trying the soy just because it's there. I haven't seen fermented/ > probiotic coconut milk. Guest guest
Really, the probiotics in this probably aren't that strong and your health could suffer from the soy, so if you think you need probiotics and can't have dairy I would look into kombucha, or learn how to kefir coconut milk like someone else mentioned. Soy is not a health food, unless your talking about naturally fermented miso or shoyu/tamari. Unpasteurized miso is very delicious and probiotic so you may want to look into that as well. - > > > I'm trying the soy just because it's there. I haven't seen fermented/probiotic coconut milk.
