Guest guest
I don't know too much so I could say is that perhaps the vitamin D in fermented cod liver oil would be better absorbed in the body. It also has A, D, E, K2, Co-Q10 and other co-factors. Guest guest
We have had great success with these since January. I bought them after a vitamin D discussion with , because the kids were on a CLO strike and I couldn't find natural ones on that e-shopping trip that weren't combined with too much Vit A for a toddler. Yes, I do hide CLO in stuff for the kids, but when you're poor you can only afford so many un-drunk expensive kefir and farm yolk etc. smoothies. Oh, the ones I got were Carlson. I felt terrible using them rather than natural D, but they have worked. Our next door neighbor is a bipolar drunk who sends her kid to our house even when he's sick, and we were sick with his colds all last semester. Since we began the D drops, if we have gotten a cold it only lasts 2 days and never more than a sniffle- nothing to keep one homebound. I do use homeopathics on the kids, but can't credit just them because I used them before the syn. D. My 5 year old refuses sodium ascorbate and rarely drinks anything but water so it's hard to hide on her. I will buy them again if I can't find natural D I can afford. I know we all believe the natural vitamins are better, but if you don't have the money to pour CLO on the floor, these could help you out.
