Hi Ellen,

What does an anti inflamtory diet consist of? I have RA amd have many Lumbar

disk problems that are really bothering me. I also live on the So. Or. Coast.

where it is quite humid (which the bones do not like).

Thanks, Coleen

Ellen,

My Doctor placed me on it and it is also good for Diabetes, Heart, arthritis, and

Fungal problems.

http://inflammationfactor.com/ is a great website to check out the point

counting systems of foods that cause inflammation.

The sample diets I have seen and given to me include: avocados, turmeric (Health

Food Stores have Tumeric Gum) Ginger, Cocunut Oil for cooking, organic meat, and

to drink lemon juice daily. I have tried to start this and adhere to it so we

will see how it goes.

I also have SI joint disorder and wear a SI belt, when I do not, the SI joint

becomes misaligned and causes severe cramping and pain. I use a back brace and

wear it lower over my SI joint but you can order a SI joint belt online for

under thirty dollars. It is lifesaver for me .Bennie
