Freeze-dried fruit/egg yolk source?

I'm looking for a source of freeze-dried bananas, mangos, guava and maybe

some others as a travel food for Sam. I've seen the simply fruit brand, but

their chunks are just far too big and I don't want to spend the money on

them to find out if I can break them into smaller bits. I'd also love to

find freeze dried egg yolk bits - egg yolks are the only food she gets

regularly right now and I've love to have some for when we're on the go.

Any ideas?
