Zinc have always made me feeling sick.  Does that mean I have copper toxicity?

What can one do about it?

I¹m just learning about copper toxicity after learning about it from

Theresa

Vernon, a speaker at the WAPF conference. Here¹s a little bit of what I¹ve

learned and hopefully I didn¹t mis state anything.

Copper toxicity can cause early graying. A hallmark sign of copper toxicity

is absence of dream recall. Have him try taking a zinc supplement. Zinc

pushes copper out of the body. If the zinc makes him feel a little sick or

uncomfortable then likely it is copper toxicity as the copper is being

flushed out.

I¹m not sure. This is all new to me too. I just learned about it after

receiving the latest edition of Wise Traditions. You can check out Theresa

Vernon¹s web site or call her to learn more. She seemed very free with

advice. I¹m getting my hair analysis through her to find to confirm if I

have copper toxicity.

Good luck.

It probably means you have enough zinc you took too much at one time.
