Guest guest
http://nourishedmagazine.com.au/blog/articles/how-to-make-calcium-using-egg-shel\ ls Other sources of calcium and magnesium: What are the best sources of these two minerals and what are some good combinations any of your would recommend? Where is a natural source of magnesium citrate derived from? My guess is that the requirement of magnesium is 600mg a day and 2g of calcium a day. You may need more calcium if you consume high protein. Dolomite powder: 1100mg of calcium carbonate and 630mg of magnesium carbonate. It's best to have these with isotonic beverages, such as bone broth, fresh animal blood or heated blood clot,, raw milk, and green coconut water (buko juice). Perhaps mineral spring water would be good too. Seperate the servings to three times a day. It would probably be a good idea to use different sources of calcium and magnesium for better absorption. You may have far better absorption if you consume fermented cod liver oil and high vitamin centrifuged butteroil every morning as the activator vitamins will help with mineral consumption. Ancient Mineral Blend from www.pyroclay.com has cal/mag in it. They do not specify how much is in there. Yours Truly, Dan Holt
