Try meatballs made from 1lb ground hot sausage or sage sausage (0 carb brands) and 2lbs ground beef or turkey. Mix up and cook a week's worth at a time. Freeze the rest uncooked until you need them. Something else that tastes pretty good in the morning is pork chops. A couple of them heated and if you can cook them in a little butter.... YUM.
