Breakfast can be anything.... does not mean eggs. Try meatballs made

from 1lb ground hot sausage or sage sausage (0 carb brands) and 2lbs

ground beef or turkey. Mix up and cook a week's worth at a time. Freeze

the rest uncooked until you need them. Something else that tastes pretty

good in the morning is pork chops. A couple of them heated and if you

can cook them in a little butter.... YUM. A protein shake or Atkins bar

is also a good choice :-)
