Guest guest
A couple of months ago, I happened to notice that my yummy coconut ghee had faded to a near white. At first I thought it was my plain coconut oil, but double checked to see that it wasn't. A part of me thought that perhaps it's just me and it must not have ever been as yellow as I once remembered. Then I took it into work (where we sell it) to compare against other jars----YUP, mine has clearly faded and I would LOVE to know if anyone could explain why! Two of my co-workers who use it as well haven't seen something like this yet, so now I need to step out into this community for an answer! Dave? Anybody? 1. It was made on March 10, 2008. 2. It hasn't gone through any extreme temp changes (it did turn to liquid though in the summertime, but the house couldn't have ever been any warmer than 80 degrees, give or take a degree). 3. I didn't add anything to it. Thanks~~~ Becca
