Thank you! Hello, If you have anxiety or panic attacks, which medication(s)/dosage(s) works best with the least side effects for you? The treatment I'm undergoing to eradicate Lyme and CFS/ME causes anxiety, couple that with my husband's recent job termination and my oldest son's Asperger's-related problems and I am in a constant state of anxiety and panic paralysis. The xanax xr seems to exacerbate the anxiety, while the clonopin seems to incite anger. Valium does nothing. I cannot take anything that will cause weight gain as I spent a long time shedding medication-induced weight that I'm unwilling to gain again. My systemic candida is out of control, too with high doses of flucanazole and nystatin doing nothing. My asthma seems to also be acting up. Please share what has worked and not worked for you. I understand I can read medication info online. I just want real people to share their experiences. Also, I applied for Medicaid as my disability is our only income. I was told to apply for qmb for medicare premium and co pays and co insurance, which is over $3000 a month just in co pays according to the medicare person who input my medications. Can anyone tell me the best way to get this done because medicare and social security and medicaid don't know what to tell me so I can't get medication and my kids and husband have no health insurance and Medicaid said my disability and what my son's get for me (about $2,000 a month before taxes) is too high. My husband hasn't gotten unemployment yet and I'm sure anything he gets will be too much. Cobra is $2200 a month plus co-pays and co-nsurance of about another $1000 a month. Has anyone applied for the federal and state programs that modify mortgage payments? If so, please share. Heap? Other programs? How is the best way to find out about any and all programs available to help. My husband also has to pay $800 a month child support to his ex and other stuff, which will take all of any unemployment he gets. Medicaid won't count his daughters since they don't live with us full time. So we are considered a family of 4. Thank you for your help. I'm in Ohio. God Bless, Lori
