While Malic Acid in Apple Cider Vinegar will work in softening the gall

stones, however, I strongly recommend looking up s Moritz's gall

stone detox. It is easy and a dozen or so friends and i have all done

it with success. You literally get a 100+ green spheres out of your

liver/gall bladder.

Timeless Secrets has same info on detox and tons more than the specific

detox book.

I also recommend MMS -- sodium chlorite, but broader detox. really made

me feel great even though i did not enjoy the detox itself.

Thanks for this information . I'll send this on to her. This wouldn't hurt

for her to do the detox if it's not gallbladder issues would it? Since the pain

is in the center of her stomach I'm still thinking it could be acid reflux, but

she is concerned it's her gallbladder.

Thanks,

Judy

I am sure it would not hurt at all, but their choice. It is detoxing,

but fairly controlled. It is wild how many green stones we all have.

It should improve eyesight. Basically the body forms the stones in a

fat starved state

Acid reflux can be solved with more acid and probiotics, and not taking

NSAIDS and antacids, correct? Gall stone cleanse helps everyone.

Thanks ! I might do this gallstone cleanse too one of these days. The

process doesn't sound too pleasant, but I'm sure the results are worth it.

Yes... she is drinking extra kefir, Kimchee and has added a tablespoon of Apple

cider vinegar to her morning breakfast, in case this is acid reflux. She did a

three day fast and had no pains during that time. However she says she still

has a " feeling " (not real pain or we'd visit a DR.) in the middle of her

stomach after meals again. Including her first meal after fasting of just raw

vegetables and fruit. This is kind of perplexing... I think she is afraid it's

something serious although I'm trying to get her to calm down and give it a

little bit of time.

Not to go off topic, but qi gong or reiki might be great too. Your

friend needs to deal with the stress of new things in her life.

I tried Qi Gong recently and find it very rebalancing. The concept is

that basically we are energetic circuit boards and any toxins or

lingering negative emotions block out the flow of energy. Once you

remove those blockages, things like acid reflux go away. You can then

experience true radiant health which includes electricity shooting

through your body all the time. I basically have accomplished this and

no longer.

raw vegetables and fruit can be hard to digest. cooking them might be better.

broth would be good too.

I would suggest taking a good digestive aid after eating raw foods or

cooked foods but most especially cooked foods. I say this because cooked

foods dont have any enzymes left in them. It is important to take

enzymes and digestive aids when you are fighting sickness. I know, I

have been there and done that and got well. Colon cleansing is very

important too.

There are good digestive aids at the health food stores that work.

She's added digestive enzymes after eating, and drinking aloe vera 15 minutes

before eating. Her symptoms have decreased... so we are hopeful! Does anyone

know if she should have a digestive enzyme after eating at anytime, including

small snacks?

Thanks so much for all your help!
