Guest guest
Peggy Does the program go by net or gross pay? If net, then take out more federal tax. I hope you can move. Tennessee has less brutal winters and is very disabled friendly. I think when I get my ADD'L I will make too much too. I plan to try to start investing again even just a little bit. I am worried about the day when I wont bring in enough to cover the basics...food utilities medicine and doctor visits. Ellen in TN >Peggy/MI wrote: > > Ellen, > I am glad that you got assistance. Guest guest
All, Ellen is right check it out and did you contact the companies yourself? I have done that with my clients and told them they have a medical conditions and they changed their rate. I would contact the company yourself. Also call 211 for assistance, Peggy and tell them what is going on. This website http://www.michigan.gov/dhs and click cash assistance shows point of contact. Usually, the criteria is for you to tell them your income but then your expenses and that is what they go by. I would ask them if you could submit a financial statement with your expenses deducted and be sure to let them know you are a pain patient under Doctors care and they consider this with my clients. They will not cut off your services if your Doctor states you are under care. Good Luck and let us know what you find out. Bennie
