Guest guest
So here we go. Here will be my meal plan. I aim to blend raw food with Weston Price style eating. As time goes on I will take out certain foods and substitute them for higher efficacy items. Right now I got a lot of pasteurized dairy and low quality meat/eggs from Winco. I also experimented with a lot of supplements but once I use them up I'll be going for wholefood sources. This plan only fits 10% of what my real plan is. I too can see all the flaws of these foods and supplements. Supplements: 1 tspn vitamineral green, 6 liver tablets, 1 cataplex f tablet, 1500mg of glucosamine chondroiton and msm, hydrolyzed collagen with hyaluronic acid and grapeseed extract, 1 scoop of nos/creatine, 3 broken capsules of trenbolone/epustane with estrogen blocker, 5 milliliter of fermented codliver oil, and 1 gelcap borage oil Breakfast: 5 raw eggs, 2 strips cooked bacon, 1 toasted bagel with cream cheese, 2 kiwi fruit, 1 tspn unheated honey Supplements: 1 scoop of nos/creatine, 3 broken capsules of tren/epistane, and one tablet of cataplex f Lunch: a serving of muscle milk, 1 glass of milk, 2 peices of toasted sourdough bread with butter, a vinegarret salad with tomato, 1 tspn unheated honey Supplements: 1 scoop of creatine/nos, 3 broken caps of tren/epistane, and 1 tablet of cataplex f Dinner: 2 baked potatoes with cheese and butter, 2 75% lean burger patties, 1 glass of milk, 1 pickle and tblspn sauerkraut, 1 tspn unheated honey About a gallon of crystal geyser a day with 1 tspn solar dried seasalt for creatine loading. I know the supplements sound excessive but once I run out I won't be getting most of then again. Yours Truly, Dan Holt
