Guest guest
So I did what was asked of me and did my blood work and called and made an appt to see the doctor and now my husband will come in with me to speak with the doctor him self since in my eyes if any one can speak clear and true about me, it would be my husband. I am trying my hardest to keep a pain dairy just so I can keep track of this pain for the doctor to read and cause since the accident my memory is not good. .. I wanted to ask you all what you thought about Telemedicine services? I went to the Behavioral Health place and Intake was very nice and let me take the paperwork home to fill out. Video Conference? all of this is new to me but I do recall hearing it on the news about a new thing.. I see the doctor on Jan 3rd and I really am as nervous as it gets that he still won't give me the meds, but all I am asking for is a temporary one until I see the pain management. now, this is a new doctor that is my 2nd time visiting and is considered my Primary Care Doctor until I find a better one to switch to. My last doctor is the one that I miss dearly but he is not going to be of any help to me considering it's another state and I don't have that insurance any more. don't have the cash to see or get the meds in that state so I am stuck where I am and trying to do the best and sucking it up while learning the rules. my most pain is my joints, the basic fybromyalgia pain and lower back pain, just my all over pain. you know what really gets me? These Doctors do a physical on you and while they might not be touching you that hard, it sure does hurt and as I try and suck it up I do feel that the doctor should know that it is hurting and then they act like, they didn't do nothing, WTF?!?! my body is sensitive dang it... We start our move to our next place in less than a couple of weeks and gets this crap. we got out Eviction notice through register letter and the reasoning for us being kicked out is really simple, he just wants us out.. well I don't wanna be here LOL.. thanks for listening and your input... in Az
Guest guest
Sabina, good for you to bring your husband. That will be much more effective. I spoke up on behalf of my sister with her back pain. I was able to relay things she had forgotten. A pain diary does help the.doctor to quantify. And tell him something when he presses too hard. Just remind him how sensitive you are to the touch, because of fibromyalgia. Don't fret; your game plan is sound. Now relax. I have doctors in two states from when I visit my dad. It's not easy.
