Guest guest
Hello Rae, I don't know where you live but here in the USA they have some disability apartments or low income apartments that you can apply to. Right now I am on a waiting list at an area where my hubby works but I thought I would mention it and maybe they have some of those there or around the area nearby you (a certain radius). I am not sure of how your disability system works but ours here if you get denied you have to keep fighting until you get approved. I think here they expect us to give up when we get the denied letter. I have had daily migraines since I was 23-24 years old and that is what I told them that I can't function, esp normally in front of a computer I have to get up all the time every 10 minutes or my neck and shoulders hurt like crazy and I pay for it just by typing all this but I enjoy helping people any way that I can. (The last year that I ended up going to court the second time, sometime in 2007, i think I had an MRI scan that showed I had a brain tumor, it is gone now and it was a 10 year old tumor and they couldn't operate. The only thing the judge asked me was " if they fixed you with all of this, what would you do afterward? " And I said " Get a job " and I think that was the right answer because a few months later I was granted my benefits.) I also will be thinking of you and what Cheryl said is what I would have written HUGS to you and sending positive thoughts G N.
