Guest guest
Apple cider vinegar. I like to mix it 50/50 with local raw honey and put 2 tablespoons in a cup of warm water with my meal. What could I do to help cure this both on a short term and a long term basis? Thanks!
Guest guest
More salt in your diet may help too, or best yet, a little salt- fermented pickle type condiment with each meal - kimchi, sauerkraut, ginger carrots, etc. > > Apple cider vinegar. I have also tried ginger tablets in the past, but they were not as fast acting nor as effective as the kefir. Long term, as others have already suggested, minimize refined carbs and especially sugar, get plenty of unrefined salt, and eat plenty of probiotic foods like plain whole yogurt, kefir, raw milk, and/or fermented vegetables. I also found that after I started intermittent fasting with a daily 6 hour eating period and fasting the remainder, episodes of indigestion almost completely disappeared. I went from 1 or 2 episodes per week to maybe once every two or three months now.
