Whoops - forgot to mention that detail in my last post. The lack of

Hoffman's sign is good; it reflects a problem in the upper motor neuron

supply from the brain to the upper limb. It can be seen in cervical

arthritis and a variety of disorders.

Discectomy c5/6 & C6/7 with osteophyte removal,

fusion and instrumentation, right anterior approach.
