I won't sign them as the Doctor has already signed and memorandum to accept the amount the insurance pays them. They must inform you that they do not accept the insurance charges beforehand. Tricare has it printed on their explanation of benefits like Medicaid and Medicare. People really need to read their hospital bills because of this and " additional charges " .
