Guest guest Posted April 7, 2009 Report Share Posted April 7, 2009 Good morning! I know I should have written sooner... My husband has surgery on Friday to remove 3 bone spurs on his shoulder. The spurs were the result of an accident back in AUGUST! Anyway, husband is home for a week and I (mostly) have him at my mercy to eat/drink what I choose for him. He asked me to write y'all for information regarding the rebuilding of muscle tissue, bone and the like. We are BIG on Yogurt-Coconut Smoothies (for EFLF) and MEAT eaters. I have just started him (since Saturday) on the CLO/HVBO gel-tabs from Green Pastures. Right now, he is taking only 1 per day. Should I up that? ANY suggestions are appreciated! Thank yoU!
