Chicken liver pate

So I'm getting ready to make some pate, but wanted to know how long I should

expect it to last in the fridge (sealed in a glass container) so I can have

leftovers. I'll make the NT recipe -- I've made it before. It turned a greenish

brown on the outside (oxidizes?) after a day. It was my first time, so it

freaked me out a bit and I tossed it! It's probably normal though, right?
