I had a great therapist (only one I really trusted), but he can only accept Medicaid, but not Medicare. It's a rule at the office he works, not an insurance thing. His level of certification is okay for Medicaid, but Medicare requires licensing. I have had one to two dozen different therapists since childhood and I refuse to start over from the beginning, yet again. >My chronic pain makes it really difficult for me to go to appointments. Hi The possibility of insurance conundrums, and your ability to get to appointments were why I asked if it was possible. I have had multiple therapists over the years (bipolar disorder, etc.) and I completely understand about not wanting to begin at the beginning. I have found that boiling it down to a brief synopsis works best for me. It is a shame that it isn't legal for telephone sessions, especially now that we have things like Skype. I hope you will receive the intrathecal pump asap. Kaylene
