Guest guest
In NT Sally says Chutney's are meant to be used as a condiment, I was just wondering why? Is it bad to eat a whole serving? I know saurkraut has stuff that's hard on the thyroid but would a mango or papaya chutney have anything bad in it? A lot of the sugar has been converted right?
