Hey everyone,

I know it's been a long time since I was an active member here. But in the

interim I've written a book that I know a lot of you would be interested in. And

the book is now published. It's called " The Vegetarian Myth: Food, Justice, and

Sustainability " and it goes through all the reasons (moral, political,

nutritional) why environmentalists and other concerned people have been led

astray by the vegetarian ethos. I was a vegan myself for 20 years and did

permanent damage to my body. WAPF pretty much saved my life.

If you want to read more, go to my website (www.lierrekeith.com). You can read

the first 10 pages. You can also order the book if you like what you read.

And there are already vegan bloggers sharpening their teeth on me... I'm taking

the long view--the day will come when they're sorry.

Hi ,

Yes, Bee tells us all the time that all carbohydrates are sugar and will feed

candida. It's just that it can be very expensive and impractical for some to

eat a 'meat and fat only' diet.

Enjoy your read!

the candida diet , any carbohydrates we eat turn to sugar. Shocking really but

once again obvious .
