Hi,

I'm in no way an expert on this, but we're talking about the seasons changing.

In the US, winter is when the day light is the shortest, and in summer , the

daylight is the longest. More sunlight means warmer temps. The days with the

least amount of sunlight are at the end of December, and the days with the most

sunlight is the end of June.
