Guest guest
raw or not, i think it's makes the most sense to take the best of all ideologies for a hybrid solution. one camp talks about losing precious enzymes if cooking foods... another camp talks about getting more nutrients when cooking foods a certain way... since nutrition seems to be more an art than a real science these days (as we're always learning more about a *new* " superfood " each year...AND we're learning about the new benefits of eating xyz veggies)... it just makes sense to take the best of what we know by current studies, circumstantial/anecdotal evidence, AND from listening to our bodies and balance the " best " of all worlds. PLUS, I believe it's quiet clear that we have not come close to mastering the understanding of nutrition given that the drugs we manufacture have an array of side-effects on our bodies - that's just evidence that we do not understand, yet, all the natural interactions of elements w/our bodies. NOTHING beats the formulation of mother nature... but we keep trying... one day maybe we can match the right balance that mother nature has already have implemented since the beginning of time.
