I have used garlic cloves with GREAT success. Got this from a friend who has

used it with GREAT success several times.

slice a thin enough piece of garlic clove that will fit in the ear canal.

Crush that piece of garlic to release the juices.

Wrap the crushed slice of garlic in a double layer of cheese cloth. I have

found that a piece cut into about a 1 to 2 inch square works best.

Pull back the ear lobe and slide the end of the cheese cloth with garlic in

it...in the ear canal.

You can remove any excess cloth that sticks out of the ear...but this is not

necessary.

Place a piece of masking tape over the cheese cloth and go to bed like that.

Even though things were GREATLY improved the next morning...it seemed to me that

the ear was indeed infected so I followed this treatment for 3 nights to be sure

it did the job well.
