Hi All,

A friend told me today that they made self watering garden boxes out of

rubbermaid containers. I am wondering about using them because of the plastic

issue. Anyone have any info/thoughts in regards to whether or not using a

plastic container would be unsafe in regards to chemicals and the garden plants

absorbing them? I like the idea because it would be a great water saver.
