I was wondering how you were going to achieve your plan of getting your body down a few sizes. I would like to do the same but do not know of an exercise that would not hurt me. I have gained weight from not being my normal active self because of lumbar problems, RA, etc. I also have a sweet tooth and am a chocoholic. lol I have nothing for pain except gabapentin. Piffle.
