with house foreclosure.

I chewed Chase Home Finance out for having the agents act like it is all our

fault for being so many months late. last I checked it was 29 months because

even if I try to send them a payment they just send it back. It is more like

pay up the 39,000 you owe on your house or pay it off. modification doesn't

work due to we have 29 acres of land that is messing us up due to " too much

equity " in our house or we have " too many bills " which are medical bills

that we are paying off. (debt to ratio isn't right, and that is a denial)

Right now Fannie mae has a " new " program to put us in and I won't find out

anything until Wed or Thurs this week.
