Gail,

Do you often have the Manitowac bread? I wonder if that could have caused it,

is there flour in it? also are you sure your eating enough calories a day?

The only other thing I can think of is that some salami has sugar in it, You

know, Sometimes we just go up and down without knowing why, I wonder if you

are just patient and wait it out it might go away and then some. Here's to

hoping!!!

Hi Gail

Hey, did you see a posting here today about a quiz to see if you're eating

enough calories? There was some formula--somewhat complicated--that you use

and it said I needed at least 1500 to prevent my body from going into the

" starvation " conservation program (something like that).

I had thought that it was under 20 grams we were aiming for and once in ketosis

then adding 5 carbs at a time to see where our threshold is... have you tried

that?
