Tell your friend to make sure the creatine is manfactured in Germany. Alot of

the stuff on the market is made I'm China and is poison. You can still get

results off of it.

If he is into prohormones try Trenbolone for a month and then Cellucor P6 for a

post cycle the next month. 6 hour colostrum is also good, 1 tspn three times a

day. www.firstmilking.com

Potatoes, raw grassfed beef, grilled dark meat chicken with skin, bone broth,

pastured eggs, oysters, unheated honey, raw grassfed milk, coconut oil,

fermented cod liver oil, standard process wheat germ oil, and black currantseed

oil or borage oil.

Potatoes should be the primary carb source as they are high in pottasium and

magnesium. Probably about 70% of carbs. Easier to prepare and store than any

other carb. They are great to have mashed or with butter. Yams are also

another alternative but regular potatoes are ideal.

Milk, eggs, and beef should be the primary protein sources. Oysters are a good

source of zinc. Get Pacific oysters, not Atlantic, as Atlantic is far higher in

poisons. Have the egg white too, as it is an excellent source of protein. Have

milk 1-3 times of the day, or atleast post workout. Have eggs with breakfast

and postworkout. Don't exceed medium rare in the meat. Raw meat is better

where you can cook it 150 degrees farenheight on each side for 30 seconds each.

For fat have coconut oil, about 2 tblspn a meal three times a day, butter, milk,

beef and lamb fat, egg fat. Try to make a good portion of the fat beef or lamb

fat as they are good sources of omega 7 (palmitoliec acid).

For best digestion have a tspn to a tablspn of unheated honey a meal, a tblspn

of unheated bee pollen a day, bone broth once a day or a third a cup of it a

meal. The gelatin in it helps with digestion. Pineapples, bananas, kiwi, and

papaya are good sources of enzymes.

body building and to be bigger, bulkier and fitter. He's been into all

the body building powders and I'm trying to talk him out of it and into

more Weston A Price style eating. The products he's been taking are

expensive but, in his words 'effective' in that he has put on weight and

muscle in a short amount of time for the first time in his life. He is

open to the WAPF way of eating but needs it to be simple and not too

daunting without too much food prep. Do you have advice as to the best

dietary approach for him? Also, regarding timing and type of food around

weight training.

Two of the products that seem to have been really effective that he's

been taking are: Palm Oil (MCT) and Creatine. He's also been taking an

Androjack product (horny goat weed, etc --> ie a herbal testosterone

booster) - this product made him wake up very awake in the mornings,

boosted his energy and stimulated facial hair growth.

We've read Chris' article on the WAPF website about Vit A and

bodybuilding. We're coaxing him into kefir smoothies with egg yolks in

the mornings. Replace MCT with Coconut Oil? Is that the same? How about

creatine?

Thanks,

Filippa

For post workout it's mainly important to get in about 10grams of fast absorbing

protein. Anything beyoung that would help too. Three whole eggs and 1 cup of

raw milk would be more than enough, 27g of protein. It would be good to have

meat for a slow digesting protein.

For chicken just have the skin and throw out the meat. The skin is great for

rebuilding our own skin.

If you'd like e-mail me and I can go into far greater detail. I have found the

cheapest sources for supplements.
