It makes me angry that a drug company increased their price. I hate it when our pain is someone else's financial gain. As an accountant, it really angers me. The only thing I can think of as a valid reason would be a large number of lawsuits OR they planned on the medication available for widespread use for pain and planned to initially give cancer patients a break...tho I doubt $5 is much of a discount. I just can't see it. It's worse than having to pay an accountant to prepare taxes when it is a governmental requirement.
