Dealing with medication-induced paranoia

Hi,

Have you had to deal with medication-induced paranoia with anxiety and panic

attacks?

If so, other than stopping the medication, is there another medication that

helps? I can't take any medications that cause weight gain.

I think Nu vigil is causing this, but I don't want to stop taking it because it

is allowing me to stay awake enough to be able to see my kids and leave my bed

to go out of the house.

I'm already taking Prozac and Desipraimine (sp?)

Also wondering if the Tramadol might be interacting with the Nuvigil.

My son takes risperedone (sp?); however that makes him eat like crazy and super

tired.

I appreciate your input and thank you for your helpfulness. The information and

support you share here has been a lifesaver to many of us, even though we often

hurt too much to be able to reply. Thank you so much.
